Update on proposed regulations under FLSA

The final overtime rule is closer to release as another milestone has been reached for the proposed employment regulations under the Fair Labor and Standards Act (FLSA) The Department of Labor (DOL) has sent the final changes to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The rule appeared on the federal register late on March 14th!
