Asplundh Tree Company to Pay $95M in Undocumented Workers Case

The Willow Grove-based Asplundh Tree Expert is one of the largest private companies in Pennsylvania. On Thursday, the company pleaded guilty to charges of illegally recruiting, hiring and employing undocumented immigrants. This is the largest payment ever levied in an immigration suit.
