Pennsylvania Worker’s Compensation rating changes due to COVID-19

The Pennsylvania Compensation Rating Bureau (PCRB) has released new guidelines as they relate to the impacts of COVID-19 on businesses. Please find the new guidelines: PCRB_Circular_1740
Among other issues, these new guidelines address:
- Changes regarding payroll
- Temporary reclassification adjustments for employees who are working from home
- Impact of COVID related claims on a company’s experience modification calculation
